This time we are going to South Africa, Cape Town. Nettleton 199 designed by famous residential architecture firm SAOTA, is an amazing modern luxury residence that will blow you away. We dare to say, one of the most amazing homes and interiors on this planet.
Main idea was to create open living space, connecting the view and the sea along with the needed privacy from neighborhood. Since the house is built on Lin's Head, it is offering an amazing views of Atlantic Ocean.
“The building provides a volumetrically dramatic and dynamic interior space on a grand scale. The objective of the interior décor was to create a softer and intimate counterpoint whilst not jeopardising the clean, geometric lines of the architecture. These elements can harmoniously co-exist and work off each other,” says Adam Court of OKHA Interiors.
